Action Jackson Buys Houses is a locally and family owned multi-service company that buys, repairs, markets, and sells homes in the Tampa Bay area. We work with sellers who need to sell their homes fast without waiting six months for all the usual hassles such as marketing, repairing, renovating, waiting for an approved buyer, and paying real estate commissions. We work with buyers who can move into the property quickly without waiting for them to complete the delays of applying or processing a loan.
We Work With All Types of Buyers and Situations
Some buyers need time to solve their credit issues or collect enough for a suitable down payment for a house. We get them moved in and work with lenders to get them "seasoned" and qualified for a new loan so they can then buy the property. This gives us a large pool of tenants and buyers who allow us to buy and sell houses quickly.
Helping the Community
We are proud to help others learn how to be real estate investors. We teach others how to buy, sell, and renovate homes. We also help the community by donating the unwanted furniture from our sales to children's charities in the Tampa Bay area. We are also Street Smart Certified and Affordable Housing Provider Certified.
